Did you know that using a timer can really help you focus?

Set the timer for 30 minutes and focus on something you have been procrastinating over for a while and then , take a break .

Just knowing there is a break coming , you focus much better on the task at hand.

You can also use a timer with children as a fun game at the end of the day .
